''Cochylis fusca'' is a moth of the Tortricidae family. It is known from Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The length of the forewings is . It possibly overwinters as a last instar larva or as a pupa that emerges in late spring.
